We specialize in large-scale commercial tenant improvement projects, focusing on OSHPD healthcare facility projects. Since 1981, we have partnered with some of the area's finest companies to help build and improve their facilities to the highest standards. Company History

RoSa Construction was established in 1981 by Robert Reil and Sam Thurmon. Building a trusted and honorable family business that has grown into a larger corporation yet still keeping its family values. In 2003, Joey Reil joined the RoSa team. After 15 years with the company, Joey has since taken on the role as New President. Joey has brought new perspectives and a fresh approach to the company, ensuring our continued success in the years to come.

Professional Team

Our staff of Project Managers down to our laborers are well versed in medical construction at the local and state level. We understand that this is a highly specialized field and make it our priority to stay on top of all the rules and regulations in the industry and the continuously changing code requirements. We, too, make patient safety our top priority.
