The Yoga Room is the premier yoga studio for Northwest Indiana, offering a wide range of yoga classes for all ages and EveryBODY. Our dedicated team of instructors, led by Mike Zolfo, has over 100 years of combined yoga experience and a deep passion for teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga. We offer various styles of classes, workshops, and teacher training programs, both in-studio and online, to cater to diverse needs and preferences.

Our classes include teachings from many schools of Hatha and Raja yoga, such as Bihar, Himalayan, Iyengar, Biniyoga, Ashtanga, and Bikram, as well as Jnana and Bhakti schools. In addition to our regular yoga classes, we also offer breathwork (pranayama) workshops, meditation classes, and private instructions to help you focus your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and live a blissful, joyful life.

  • Teacher Training: The Yoga Room offers comprehensive teacher training programs, including Level 1: 220 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Level 2: 150 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and Level 3: 100 Hour Yoga Therapy Training. Our trainers are experienced and dedicated instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with others.
  • Breathwork & Meditation: We offer breathwork (pranayama) within our regular yoga classes and as separate yoga therapy workshops. Our meditation classes and private instructions are designed to help you focus your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
