Construction Process

To give you an idea of what a typical remodel consists of, we've outlined the process for you below. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, we ensure that every step is executed with precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering the highest possible quality.

1. Schedule a consultation - Meet with Peter Kamaras, owner, for a free consultation to discuss the project you'd like to start. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your style, and your vision for the space.

2. Receive bid in a week to two weeks - After the consultation, we'll put together a detailed bid for your project, including a breakdown of the cost of materials and labor.

3. Revisit the contract and finalize - Once you've reviewed the bid, we'll answer any questions you may have and make any necessary adjustments. When you're satisfied with the plan, we'll finalize the contract and move forward with the project.

4. Receive layout on kitchen via 2020 design or drawing - We'll provide you with a detailed layout of the kitchen or bathroom, so you can visualize the final product and make any adjustments as needed.

5. Finalize selections of all materials - Once the layout is approved, we'll finalize the selection of all materials, so we can order everything we need and create a timeline for the project.

6. Sign contract and make deposit - After everything is finalized, we'll ask you to sign the contract and make a deposit, so we can begin the construction process.

7. When all materials are received - We'll start the construction process, beginning with the tearout of existing materials, followed by lighting, drywall, and plumbing adjustments. From there, we'll move on to the installation of flooring, cabinetry, painting, appliances, countertops, tile backsplash, hardware, and fixtures.
