For our softscapes services, Elizabeth selects and places plants, supervises plant installation, and specializes in drought-tolerant native plantings, xeriscape concepts, succulents, artificial grass, and low-water ground cover.

In addition to these services, we also design and build pools, spas, outdoor showers, fireplaces, fire-pits, fountains, ponds, waterfalls, and water diversion systems, including drains, french drains, rain barrels, and reclamation pits. Elizabeth Low, the founder and licensed landscape contractor of Elow Landscape Design and Build, Inc., has a deep passion for landscape architecture and design. With a degree from UCLA's Landscape Architecture program and a Landscape Design Certificate from the acclaimed New York Botanical Garden, Elizabeth has honed her skills and expertise in the field. She has been featured in various publications and television shows, including Apartment Therapy, The Los Angeles Times, HGTV's Landscaper's Challenge, and This Old House.
