Our Vision

St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club fosters a vibrant community passionate about the water. We unite individuals who share a love for sailing, power boating, water safety, and the camaraderie that comes with sharing the open waters.

Our Mission

To promote and provide support for the sport of sailing, power boating, water safety, and related activities; as well as provide facilities for our members to share common interests in a social atmosphere of mutual camaraderie, both on and off the water.

A Rich History

Founded in 1933 during the Great Depression, St. Andrews Bay Yacht Club boasts a rich history and continues to be one of the most prestigious yacht clubs on the Northern Gulf Coast. Our legacy is shaped by:

• A diverse group of prominent businessmen and community leaders who envisioned a club that fosters a sense of belonging and shared passion for the water.
• The generous donation of land for our clubhouse by H. L. Sudduth, a visionary developer of the Cove residential area.
• A strong connection to the Gulf Yachting Association, a regional association of yacht clubs that promotes camaraderie and competition.
