We offer a la carte-style services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Whether you're downsizing, divorcing, or need a complete estate sale, we've got you covered. Our team can handle everything from in-home sales to online auctions, real estate auctions, and even charity work. In-Home Sales

Our most common type of sale is the in-home sale. This involves transforming your home into a store, categorizing items, and staffing the sale over several days. We also offer a clean-out service to ensure your home is left spotless. For those who prefer not to host an in-home sale, we offer online auctions, which allow us to reach a global audience and minimize clean-up.

Real Estate Auctions

In addition to our estate sale services, we're now offering real estate auctions. Our team will conduct a thorough photo, video, and drone shoot to showcase your property, listing it online and marketing it to interested parties through the MLS system. We set a closing date for the listing, providing a sense of security and control for our clients.

Gallery 46 and Consignments

At Gallery 46, we take pride in showcasing only the finest consignments. Our jewelry department is unparalleled, and we're always looking for exceptional pieces to add to our collection. Whether you're looking to consign a few special items or host a full-scale auction, we're here to help.

Charity Work

We're committed to giving back to our community and regularly partner with local charities to support their causes. Some of our favorite organizations include Saints Peter & Paul Church & School, Cross Lutheran Church & School, and the Purple Heart Society.

Commission and Fees

Our standard commission for any sale is 40%, covering generic household items. We offer lower commissions for vehicles, firearms, gold, and silver. We're always happy to discuss your project and provide a customized quote.
