Founded twenty five years ago, McCreedy-Ruth Construction LLC is an award-winning construction business specializing in home building, remodeling, and woodworking services. Our founders and owners, Kevin McCreedy, Tim Ruth, and Sam Jones, have more than six decades of combined experience between them. Kevin, Tim, and Sam are all actively involved with the Home Builders Association, holding positions on the Remodelers Council for the Iowa City Area HBA and the National HBA Board of Directors.
