Our couples counseling services are designed to help you and your partner rekindle your relationship and overcome obstacles such as infidelity, communication issues, and intimacy problems.

What to Expect

When you call our office, you'll be greeted by our referral desk, where we'll ask a few questions to gather information about your insurance and what you hope to achieve from our services. We'll also ask about what you hope to achieve from counseling and what you're hoping to get out of your experience with us.

Insurance and Payment

We accept a range of insurance plans, including Blue Advantage Federal Employee Plan, State Employee Plan, ALL Kids, and others. We also accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. Our average cost per session is $60 to $150, and we offer a sliding scale fee to accommodate different budgets.

Confidentiality and Ethics

We understand the importance of confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice approved by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling and the American Counseling Association. We maintain the confidentiality of our clients and only share information with written consent or in exceptional circumstances.

Crisis Intervention

In addition to our regular services, we also provide crisis intervention training to help you navigate critical situations. Our experienced therapist has over 15 years of experience in hostage negotiation and has served as a hostage negotiator for over 15 years.
