Chrisland Engineering is a professional engineering firm that was founded in 2017 by Josh Weaber with the aim of providing quality engineering services to local communities. Our story begins in 1999 when Josh graduated from Cedar Crest High School and went on to graduate from Villanova University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. After working as a Civil Engineer in Lebanon County since 2003, Josh decided to start his own engineering firm, Chrisland Engineering.
Our History
Chrisland Engineering was founded with the goal of providing quality engineering services to local churches and non-profit organizations. We strive to help these organizations stretch their budgets further by offering discounted rates. In addition, we believe in giving back to the community, which is why we set aside 10% of our profits for local schools, non-profits, and community organizations. In 2020, we donated almost $30,000 to the Lebanon community through these organizations.

At Chrisland Engineering, we have a talented team of Professional Engineers, including Josh Weaber, P.E., Michael Thorley, P.E., Daniel Culbert, P.E., and Arianne Chernich, and drafters Gabrielle Eberly, James Skipper, Jocelyn Tharp, Andrew Ney. We also have a professional land surveyor, Russell Frantz, and field surveyors Derek Berkheiser and Fred Mertz.
