Design-Build

The design-build project delivery method involves a single entity (design-builder) contracting with the client (owner) to provide the architectural / engineering design as well as the construction for a particular project. Our team will offer the benefit of independent, professional project management on your behalf throughout this construction process. In this scenario, our construction staff would provide constructability and bid reviews along with preliminary scheduling.
