Our lineage traces back to traditional Bak Shaolin Eagle Claw and Northern Shaolin Long Fist Kung Fu, adapted for modern needs while preserving authenticity. Students benefit from a curriculum blending classical and modern techniques, with opportunities to earn black sashes after rigorous training. We emphasize physical fitness, cognitive development, cultural enrichment, and community building through martial arts.
