Our team is led by Tom Sansone, President of HLS Technology Solutions, who has over 30 years of experience in the security field. Tom started his career as an apprentice and worked his way up to a technician, eventually becoming responsible for many large projects in NJ and NY. He then transitioned into sales and design, working with clients such as Berkeley College, RBH Development, and the Pentagon.
