Relax, Rejuvenate, Refresh - Experience the Bliss
Our mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for individuals, couples, adolescents, and families to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With over thirty years of experience in the mental health profession, I, Renee M. Cunningham, MFT, Jungian Analyst, am dedicated to helping my patients develop the tools they need to cope with all of life's challenges.
My Work
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Jungian Psychoanalyst, my work involves helping individuals rebuild their lives from trauma and crisis which have separated them from a deeper connection to life. I believe that psychotherapy is an essential tool for our spiritual becoming in the face of current global trauma and loss. By exploring the complexities of the human experience, I aim to help my patients bridge their despair with a more engaged, self-reflective understanding of their internal world.
Jungian Psychoanalysis
Jungian psychoanalysis, developed by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, is a branch of depth psychology that seeks to bring an individual fully into the arms of life, holding and bearing the tensions of all experiences in such a way that suffering is tolerable and a new consciousness or self-awareness can emerge. Through this work, individuals can develop the capacity for compassion, patience, and empathy for self and others.
Publications and Presentations
As a published author, international public speaker, and senior training analyst, I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field. My professional contributions revolve around the following organizations: American Psychological Association (APA), Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts (IRSJA), International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP), International Association of Jungian Studies (IAJS), and Arizona Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology (ASPP). My publications and presentations include books, podcasts, articles, and seminars on topics such as psychedelics and individuation, archetypal nonviolence in analysis, and feminisms, technology, and depth psychology.
