Coffee Roasting Process

At West End Coffee Roasters, we take great care in our coffee roasting process. Every order is small-batch roasted to ensure the freshest possible product. This means that most orders will ship from our roasting facility the next day after your online order has been received. Our roasting process is designed to bring out the optimal flavor in each bean, resulting in a superior cup of coffee that our customers have come to expect and enjoy.

Shipping and Customer Service

We understand the importance of timely and efficient shipping. Therefore, we offer a flat rate shipping of $6.00 on most orders and FREE shipping on orders of 6 pounds of coffee or (6) or more individual bags of coffee. Pick-Up Retail Coffee Orders

For customers in the local area, we offer the option to pick up retail coffee orders at our roasting facility. All pick-up retail coffee orders must be pre-ordered, as we do not keep an inventory of pre-packaged retail coffees at our location. To place an online order, simply click here and specify "Pick Up" under Delivery Method. We will notify you when your order is ready, typically within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
