Our principal in charge, Devin Jackson, P.E., leads our team with his extensive experience in the planning, design, and construction administration of municipal capital projects and private development projects. Alongside Devin, our team includes skilled civil engineers like Yu-An Chen, P.E., dedicated executive assistants like Lauren Voorhies, experienced senior planners such as Paul Dennis, and talented engineering technicians like Hunter Rodgers.
