Our Journey

Majestic Views was the brainchild of Louis Ilias G. Vlahos, a visionary landscape architect who brought a wealth of experience and a global perspective to the industry. Graduating from Ohio State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture, Louis embarked on a remarkable journey that spanned continents. His passion for understanding the world around him led him to explore ancient Greek philosophy and languages at the American College in Athens, Greece, further enriching his artistic sensibilities and design philosophy. Throughout his career, Louis has immersed himself in diverse projects ranging from instructional and residential to commercial, resort, recreational, governmental, and planned unit developments (PUDs). This expansive breadth of experience has instilled in him a deep understanding of landscape design's multifaceted nature.
