• Design-Bid-Build: This traditional project delivery method involves separate contracts for design and construction services. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs, and then bid the project out to qualified subcontractors.
• Construction Manager/General Contractor: In this delivery method, we act as both the construction manager and general contractor, overseeing all aspects of the project from pre-construction through completion.
• Design-Build: This delivery method involves a single contract for both design and construction services. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs, and then develop a comprehensive plan that meets their unique requirements.
• Subcontract Construction: We provide subcontracting services for a variety of trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Construction Manager/Owner's Representative: In this role, we act as an advocate for the owner, overseeing the construction process and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
