Our Attorneys

Florence M. Fass, Esq. is a native of Long Island and has been practicing law for over 37 years. She began her career in the corporate litigation department of one of New York City's "top ten" law firms. Ms. Fass is widely respected as a leading matrimonial practitioner, being both a distinguished attorney and a certified divorce mediator.

Elena L. Greenberg, Esq. is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from the University of Rochester and St. John's Law School and has been practicing law for over 35 years. Ms. Greenberg is a founding member and President of New York Family Law American Inns of Court in Nassau County and has served as the Past Chair of the Technology and Practice Management Committee of the New York State Bar Association.
