Our Programs

We offer a range of programs for children of all ages and skill levels, from recreational to competitive. Our programs include:

• Recreational Classes: Our recreational classes are designed for children of all ages and skill levels, and are a great way for kids to stay active, make new friends, and learn new skills.
• Girls' Competitive Program: Our competitive program is designed for girls who are serious about gymnastics and want to take their skills to the next level.
• Boys' Competitive Program: Our competitive program is designed for boys who are serious about gymnastics and want to take their skills to the next level.
• Trampoline & Tumbling: Our trampoline and tumbling program is designed for children of all ages and skill levels, and is a fun and exciting way to learn new skills and get exercise.

Great Escape Preschool

Our Great Escape Preschool is designed for children from 18 months to 5 years old. We believe that every child is a unique individual, and we strive to provide a safe, secure, and clean environment where children can learn and grow. Our preschool program is designed to provide a range of developmental activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Our Coaches

Our coaches are highly trained and experienced in their respective disciplines. They are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have a proven track record of success in coaching and training gymnasts.
