Roaring Branch

Roaring Branch is a small community of real log cabins featuring modern construction and conveniences. All cabins are beautifully situated among 36 acres of giant white pine trees and they all are close to the Roaring Branch, a perfect mountain trout stream. All cabins offer the smell of the pines, the sound of the stream, the casual relaxed informality of a hike in the woods or a swim in the stream and a peaceful night in front of the fireplace. Southwestern Vermont offers countless activities in all four seasons including hiking, fishing, tennis, cycling, golfing, canoeing, skiing, antiquing, live summer theater, and unique museums. Roaring Branch is also a special place where you can thoroughly enjoy having nothing at all to do in a place of simplicity, comfort, and beauty. It is pure Vermont at its best.

Our Cabins

We offer a variety of cabins to suit your needs, each with its own unique charm and amenities. Our cabins are equipped with modern construction and conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. Here are some of the cabins we offer:

• Black Fox: Sleeps 6 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom.
• Chipmunk: Sleeps 7 people with a queen size bed in the first floor bedroom, triple bunk beds and one separate single bed in the enclosed loft, and a sofa bed in the second upstairs bedroom. Two full baths.
• Owl's Nest: Sleeps 6 with queen size bed in the master bedroom, extra-long twin beds in the upstairs bedroom, and queen size sofa bed in the sleeping loft. Two full baths.
• Partridge: Sleeps 6 with two full baths. Non smokers only. No pets.
• Rabbit Warren: Sleeps 6 with queen size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and sofa bed. One and a half baths.
• Woodchuck: Sleeps 6 with queen size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and trundle bed in the sleeping loft. One and a half baths.

Log Cabin Rental Rates 2024

Cabin check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Deposits are refundable only with 3 weeks' notice of cancellation. (There is a $50 cancellation fee) Cabins sleep 1 to 6 people and rent for $1,275 to $1,800.00 per week depending on the specific cabin accommodations. Some cabins are also available in the off-season with a 3-day minimum. Please inquire for rates and availability.

Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of $200.00 per week per cabin. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.
