We represent individuals, family members, hospitals, and nursing homes in adult guardianship cases in Bucks and Montgomery counties, and assist guardians in meeting post-appointment duties and reporting requirements. Our expertise includes emergency guardianship petitions seeking temporary orders to protect individuals at risk. We understand that decisions in guardianship matters can be difficult and complex, and we approach each situation with the empathy and compassion it deserves.

Estate Planning

We offer a range of key services to help our clients prepare for the future and protect and guide those they love. Our estate planning services include the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and healthcare advanced directives (living wills). We work closely with our clients to develop a personalized plan that meets their unique needs and goals.

Estate Administration

We serve as estate attorneys representing executors, administrators, personal representatives, and beneficiaries of decedents' estates. Our experience includes estate litigation in the Register of Wills and Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks and Montgomery counties. We provide guidance and support to our clients in meeting their fiduciary duties and navigating the complex probate process.
