Initially established by Guy and Catherine Gervais, the store has since been acquired by Denny and Kati Cavanaugh in 2014 and is now located at 103 Everett Street. Having previously housed the Bureau of Land Management offices, the building required extensive renovation, with the entire interior being gutted, redesigned, and rebuilt.
