At MBI Fitness, we offer a range of services designed to help you reach your goals and achieve a balanced mind-body connection. Our team of experienced professionals provides personalized training programs, and we're committed to helping you achieve physical and mental wellness.
Personal Training
Our personal training program is tailored to your specific needs and goals. We start by conducting a comprehensive fitness assessment, which includes a goal-setting session, medical history review, injury report, body statistics, lifestyle questions, and nutrition analysis. We also perform a functional movement screen and other performance tests to create a program that's customized to your needs.
Our personal training program is designed to challenge and motivate you to reach your goals. We offer a variety of workouts, and every 4-6 weeks, we reassess your progress and adjust your program to ensure you're meeting your goals. All clients receive access to our mobile training app and a complimentary gym membership to East Coast Health & Fitness.
Semi-Private Training
Our semi-private training program is designed for two people who want to work out together. We offer a comprehensive fitness assessment, and each program is tailored to the individual's goals and needs. Our semi-private training program consists of three different workouts, and we reassess progress every 4-6 weeks to ensure you're meeting your goals.
Like our personal training program, our semi-private training program includes a free gym membership to East Coast Health & Fitness, and we offer access to our mobile training app.
Golf Performance
At MBI Fitness, we understand the importance of golf performance. Our certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) experts will work with you to create a customized program that improves your swing mechanics and overall game. We offer an in-depth golf performance assessment that includes comparative statistics to the average players on the PGA tour.
Our golf performance program includes a assessment of mobility, stability, power, strength, and speed. We also work with your golf coach and medical professionals to tweak your exercise program and enhance the mobility and motor function needed to make adjustments to your swing.
Joint Mobility
MBI Fitness offers joint mobility programs by certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch Instructors. Our joint mobility assessment includes passive range vs. active range, positional force compensations, movement analysis, and tissue resiliency breakdown.
Our joint mobility program is designed to develop maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. We believe that flexibility is passive, whereas mobility is the ability to utilize flexibility in an active range of motion.
