• Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments: We conduct expedient Phase I ESAs (also known as 21E studies) for lenders, land agencies, and individuals, as well as Phase II ESAs to further investigate potential contamination.
• LSP Services & Remedial Oversight: As a Licensed Site Professional (LSP), Steven Shope has over 25 years of experience in managing contaminated properties and providing remedial oversight.
• Underground Tank Closures & Documentation: We assist clients with the removal of their underground storage tanks and provide documentation to ensure compliance with UST regulations.
• Aerial Photography: We offer aerial photography services using our FAA-certified drone pilot to create site plans and perform aerial reconnaissance.
