Our journey began with Ted A. Garcia, an installer of garage doors who recognized the need for reliable and personalized service. Partnering with his son Arthur R. Garcia, the business grew, offering comprehensive installation, repair, and maintenance services. Today, under the leadership of Arthur R. Garcia, El Paso Door remains a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving our community.

While some reviewers, such as Er Mar Gur and Joanna Brannon, reported that the company responded quickly and showed up on the same day, others like Rosie Barrientos had to wait 45 minutes to receive a call back after leaving her information. Bonita Tate also felt rushed and pressured to make a decision.

Communication and Customer Service: Victor, the sales representative who interacted with Bonita Tate, was described as nice and helpful, but could be pushy at times. On the other hand, Sergio Soto had a negative experience with the salesperson, describing them as rude. Javier Anchondo Jr, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the owners of the company, who were great to deal with.
