- Taekwondo and Krav Maga classes for adults: We offer a variety of classes designed to meet the needs of every adult student, from beginners to experienced martial artists. Our programs include traditional Taekwondo, Krav Maga, and self-defense classes.
- Rock Steady Boxing: We are proud to offer Rock Steady Boxing, a non-contact boxing program designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson's disease. Our experienced instructors provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can improve their strength, balance, and coordination while having fun.
- Summer camps: We offer summer camps for kids during the summer months that will keep your child exercising, learning, and having the time of their life doing it.
