We also provide Airport Transportation services, ensuring you arrive at the airport on time for your flight. Our drivers will monitor your flight's arrival time and adjust the pickup time accordingly to avoid any delays.
Important Information for Airport Pickups
For all airport pickups, we check arriving flights one hour prior to scheduled arrival. If your flight is delayed, we allow half an hour for domestic flights and one hour for international flights as free waiting time. Thereafter, $55 per hour or portion thereof will be added to the fare.
All airport pickups are made in the baggage claim area of the respective airline, unless the flight is international, in which case the pickup will be outside the customs area. If your driver cannot find you, they will have you paged. You can also request an express pickup outside the terminal with prior arrangements.
Any changes must be telephoned in advance. Do not leave a voice mail, as our customer service will assist you in times of request and cancellation. If we are not notified at least two hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, we will be forced to charge you the one-way fare (excluding gratuity).
Payment and Additional Fees
Payment on all charges is due within thirty days. Thereafter, an interest charge of no less than 1.5% of the balance due may be added each thirty days. If it becomes necessary to assign your account to a collection agency or an attorney, you will be held responsible for any collection charges and/or attorney fees incurred.
Additional stops will incur charges of $10-25, depending on the distance traveled. Pickup or drop-off south of 42nd Street in NYC will incur an additional $10 fee.
Service between the hours of 11:00 pm - 1:00 am will incur an additional $15 fee. Service between the hours of 1:01 am - 4:00 am will incur an additional $20 fee. Service between the hours of 4:01 am - 5:45 am will incur an additional $15 fee.
The holidays listed below will incur an additional $25 fee: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day. The holidays listed below will incur an additional $15 fee: Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day.
Waiting Time at Residential, Business, or Other Commercial Locations
Customers are allowed 15 minutes free from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15-minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. All passengers scheduled for pickups must try to the best of their ability to be outside, especially if the pickup is in New York City. In the event you don't see your driver, call our office at 1-877-227-2895, and we will put you in contact with your designated driver. Please do not leave assuming your driver is not there.
Inclement Weather or Mechanical Problems
G.I.C. Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airlines and/or airport problems, automobile accidents caused by others, or acts of God.
