Problems with Service
Dropped-off dogs returned smelling terrible and having accidents at home, with one dog having old poop stuck on its butt. Additionally, the service did not notify the owner of any issues and the dog did not get a bath despite the owner being willing to add it to the appointment. This may be related to the dog's constipation, which may have been caused by food or medication.
