At Wetzel-Rasmussen Counseling Services, we are dedicated to meeting the mental health needs of individuals, couples, families, groups, and communities in Elcho and the surrounding areas. Our Services

Wetzel-Rasmussen Counseling Services offers a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These services include family counseling, assessments, consultations, referrals, outpatient counseling, and emergency services. We also provide co-parenting classes for parents who are having difficulty co-parenting, whether they are in an intact family, going through a divorce, or post-divorce. Additionally, we offer tailored in-services and workshops available upon request with a 3-month notice.

Our Staff

Our staff at Wetzel-Rasmussen Counseling Services is comprised of highly qualified, licensed professionals who are dedicated to helping you achieve your mental health goals. Our staff includes:

  • Natalie Wetzel Rasmussen, MA, LPC (WI License #3361-125): Natalie was raised in Elcho, WI, and attended the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, where she received her Bachelor's of Art in Psychology. She then went on to receive a Master's of Art in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Psychology in Chicago (a.k.a. Argosy University). Her undergraduate training included work in the area of neuroscience, divorce, and autism. Her graduate training included externships and practicum work in inner-city Chicago grade schools, where she provided supervised counseling sessions for children and families, educational classroom presentations, and school staff consultations. She completed both trainings for Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in 2011. Her primary focus is the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) from sexual or physical abuse (victim), Anxiety, and Depression, as well as adjustments to divorce.
