Our History
Our history dates back to the 1980s when Alex S. Balalovski introduced the concept of real estate as a household term for the Balalovski family. Growing up, real estate was natural for Andrew A. Balalovski, his son, who was mentored by his father in residential real estate until 2008. Andrew then ventured off to learn more about commercial real estate sales and leasing. After completing five years in commercial real estate, Andrew and Alex united to put their resources together, and thus, Balalovski Real Estate was formed.
