Our Attorneys

Rosannette Abrams is a native of Sayre, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law since 1994. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, state and local courts. Rosannette has served as a former law clerk and prosecutor in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Bradford County Bar Association, where she has previously served as Secretary/Treasurer. Outside of her professional life, Rosannette enjoys singing and acting for local groups and productions.

Arthur Agnellino obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business and Political Science from Montclair State University in 1975 and his LLM from Vermont School of Law in 1978. He is licensed in the state courts of Pennsylvania and Montana and in the Federal Courts of Pennsylvania, New York Western and Northern Districts, and Montana. Arthur has served as an acting city judge in Missoula, Montana, and a public defender in Sanders County, Montana. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and was the past President of the Bradford County Bar Association. In his free time, Arthur enjoys swimming, running on his treadmill, and watching the Yankees.
