What's included in the site fee?
The site fee includes exclusive use of grounds, tables for 250 guests, kitchen access, restrooms, parking, and basic decor rentals during your event window.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Outside caterers are permitted with a $750 buyout fee, insurance requirements, and pre-approval. Our preferred vendors offer streamlined service and pre-negotiated rates.
Are live bands allowed?
Live bands are permitted indoors with sound levels managed to comply with local ordinances and neighbor considerations.
What happens during rain?
We provide indoor backup plans for ceremonies and events, with experienced staff ready to adjust layouts and logistics for inclement weather.
Is event insurance required?
Yes, all events require liability insurance through Event Helper with $1M per occurrence coverage and venue listed as additional insured.
Do you offer military discounts?
Active military members receive a $500 discount on the site fee for hosting events at our Healdsburg venue.
