FAQs

At Playful Paws USA, we understand that you may have questions about our services. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers:

• Will you keep in touch with me while I'm away so I know my pet is okay? Of course! Our walkers & sitters will check in with you as often as you would like.
• Will the person be walking or watching my dog? During your initial consultation, you will meet with a primary walker/sitter. If you are delighted with the consultation (and we know you will be!) then the walker/sitter met during your consultation will be your daily walker or primary sitter.

Pet Check Technology

We use a proprietary system called Pet Check Technology which uses mobile bar code technology to track when and where your pup was walked. Clients will receive an optional email upon your walker's arrival and departure letting you know when and where your pup was walked. The email includes pictures, a short note letting you know how the walk went and a map of the route taken on the walk!

Pricing & FAQ

At Playful Paws USA, we believe in transparency in our pricing. Our prices are listed under each of our service descriptions. Puppies receive discounted pricing up to 6 months. Day Care Day Care is available 5 days a week Monday through Friday (730am to 6pm) 6-7pm pick up time is available for an additional $5. Half Day: $30 (4-5 hours) Full Day: $40 A walk to and from daycare can be provided for an additional $15 each way. Monthly packages can be purchased to bring the costs down. All owners are required to do a half day assessment and supply written proof of current vaccines.
