What additional charges might apply to my move?
Extra charges may apply for pianos, gun safes, or unusually large items. These fees are discussed upfront during the quote process to ensure complete transparency.
How can I obtain a moving estimate?
Request a free quote through our online form or by phone. For homes over 4,000 sq ft, we may schedule an on-site estimator upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, certified checks, money orders, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is required prior to move completion.
Can I leave items in drawers during the move?
Light items like files can remain in bottom drawers of filing cabinets. Clothing may stay in dresser drawers, but fragile or valuable items should be packed separately.
Do you offer storage solutions?
We can accommodate short-term storage needs on a case-by-case basis, with additional charges applying for this service.
Are your movers trained for specialized items?
Our crews receive specialized training for items like upright pianos. We do not move grand pianos, recommending specialized piano movers for those instruments.
