Our History

Established in 1987, Bell-Carter Packaging has grown to become a premier contract packaging company, serving a wide range of clients across the Western United States. Our journey began with a simple mission: to provide exceptional packaging services that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Over the years, we have expanded our operations to include multiple facilities in Modesto, CA, Phoenix, AZ, and Portland, OR, enabling us to serve a broader client base.

Our Services

At Bell-Carter Packaging, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our packaging solutions include primary and secondary food handling, ongoing packaging or re-packaging projects, and seasonal, short-term, and long-term production requirements. We specialize in dry food fill into stand-up pouches, jars, or bulk containers, and our expertise extends to package design support, production, storage, and inventory management. Additionally, we provide fulfillment and warehousing services, kitting, assembly, and gift packs, as well as promotional pallet builds.

Our Commitment to Safety and Quality

We understand the importance of handling raw materials and finished goods according to strict food safety protocols. Our facilities are audited annually by two separate third-party organizations to maintain the Safe Quality Food (SQF) and AIB International standards. Our team members are continually trained on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system (HACCP), and our physical facilities are gate-protected and monitored 24/7 with alarms and video cameras.
