Established as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we have been serving the North Country region for over 40 years. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other specialists, work together to provide personalized care to our patients. From routine check-ups to complex medical conditions, we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of our patients.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, women's health, dentistry, and specialty care. Our supporting services include behavioral health, care management, lab services, medical imaging, nutrition counseling, and pharmacy services. We also provide telehealth appointments, making it convenient for our patients to access care from the comfort of their own homes.
