At Crown Health, we are dedicated to providing exceptional mobile medical services to senior living communities across the Pacific Northwest. Since our inception in 2013, we have been committed to delivering comprehensive primary and urgent care directly to our patients' homes. Our team of compassionate providers includes primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff who are trained to address a wide range of medical needs.

Our Services

Our full-spectrum primary care services include wellness visits, chronic disease management, medication management, and urgent care. We also offer mobile lab and radiology services, ensuring that our patients have access to the diagnostic tools they need without having to leave their homes. Additionally, we provide medication management and refills, as well as referrals to specialized care when necessary.

Regions We Serve

We are the largest healthcare service of our kind in the Pacific Northwest, serving 17 counties in Washington state, including King, Pierce, and Spokane. We are also planning to expand into Oregon and Idaho in the near future. Our reach is extensive, and we are proud to partner with many respected senior living communities and providers of related services.

Telehealth Services

To ensure continuity of care during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented telehealth appointments. Our providers are now able to conduct visits via virtual platforms, providing patients with the care they need while maintaining social distancing. This service is available for both routine visits and urgent care needs.

Our Team

Our team includes experienced medical professionals who are dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. Our Chief Clinical Officer, Amy Warner, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, oversees our clinical operations, while our Medical Director, Sheridan Reiger MD, ensures that our medical services are of the highest standard. We also have a dedicated staff for patient access, phlebotomy, and practice management, all working together to provide seamless care to our patients.
