Our Team

Our team of experts is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the real estate industry. Our team includes Mark X. Plog, PE, PLS, a designated and managing broker with over 30 years of experience in real estate, land development, and construction. Mark holds a degree from Texas A&M University and is a licensed land surveyor, civil engineer, and real estate managing broker in Washington State. Diana Kay, our other broker, is a Washington State resident with a deep understanding of the local real estate market. She has years of experience in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, and is particularly experienced in working with urban and rural areas in Western Washington.
