World Baseball Academy is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders who positively impact the world through baseball. We own and operate the ASH Centre sports campus, offering leadership development opportunities via four core pillars: Tournaments, Team Support, Training, and Trips. We provide personal and group instruction, adaptive services, and STEM-based educational opportunities to foster holistic growth. Our international trips program creates global leadership experiences, while local initiatives like the Jr. Leadership Challenge empower youth in Northeast Indiana.Through partnerships and community engagement, we maintain a premier youth baseball complex that serves as a hub for athletic and personal development. Our mission drives all activities, ensuring every program aligns with our vision of creating positive global impact through sports. We offer ballfield rentals, seasonal camps, and specialized training programs that emphasize both athletic excellence and ethical leadership. Our team collaborates with local organizations to maximize community reach, and we host annual events that celebrate baseball's transformative power. By integrating sports with education and character development, we create pathways for young athletes to become future leaders.
