World Baseball Academy (WBA) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders who positively impact our world. Our vision is to use the platform of baseball to exemplify excellence and leadership beyond the game. We serve over 8,000 boys and girls each year through various programs and activities that fulfill our mission.

The Four T's of Impact

At WBA, we provide leadership development opportunities through our four T's of impact: Training, Team Support, and Tournaments. Our training programs offer excellent baseball skills instruction infused with mentoring for kids aged 4 to 18, including free training and other activities for at-risk boys and girls through our On Deck programs. We also support area athletes and teams of all sports by providing top-notch indoor and outdoor facilities on our 26-acre ASH Centre athletic complex. Additionally, our tournaments attract teams locally and around the Midwest and Canada, with the Hoosier Classic being one of our most popular events.

Our Facilities

Our state-of-the-art facilities at the ASH Centre include indoor and outdoor ballfields, allowing us to host various events and programs throughout the year. From personal instruction to group training, and from adaptive services to leadership development initiatives, our campus is designed to cater to the diverse needs of our participants.
