Our Process

Our mold assessment process begins with an interview of the occupants of the house or office, followed by a thorough visual mold inspection and mold screening of the interior and exterior of the building. We then conduct indoor air quality testing to identify the root cause and origin of the mold colonies and moisture intrusion. Our report will contain a complete evaluation of the inside living space, including mold analyses, laboratory data breakdown, digital photography, and conclusions and recommendations.
