What We Do
Our primary focus is on septic tank inspections for residential and commercial properties. We inspect a variety of systems, including gravity, pump to gravity, sand filter, sand mound, and pressure distribution systems. Our team is equipped to handle riser distribution box inspections as well. We also provide maintenance advice to prevent potential damage to soil and water.
Inspection Frequency
The frequency of inspections varies based on the type of system. For simple gravity systems with or without a pump, inspections are recommended every three years. Pressure distribution systems should be inspected every two years, and alternative systems like sand mounds and sand filters require annual inspections. Food establishments also need annual inspections.
