The majority of the negative reviews were centered around poor customer service, inaccurate work, and unprofessional behavior from the technicians. One customer, Rodger & Racheal Detherage, had a very poor experience with their rear tires being balanced incorrectly, and they had to return multiple times to get the issue resolved. Another customer, Bertha Lerma, had a terrible experience with loose studs on their tires and was insulted by the worker when they brought it to their attention.
