At Clifton Park Eye Care Associates, we are dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality vision care and exceptional service. Our team of professional optometrists, licensed opticians, and support staff are committed to delivering personalized eye care to you and your family.

Our Practice

Established in 2003, our practice has grown and expanded over the years. We relocated to our new location at 1618 Route 9 in Clifton Park in late April 2015. Our goal is to set ourselves apart from retail and mass production optometry offices and optical shops by offering high-quality eyewear and lenses, the latest in designer trends, and superior care.

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Reem K. Wlaschin, OD, who has been practicing optometry since 1990. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and The Illinois College of Optometry, and a member of the NYS Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She is a TLC Lasik Affiliate and has been featured by Success magazine as a 'Woman of Distinction'. Dr. Wlaschin received the "Best of" award for eye doctors in 2010.

David Weaver, OD, joined us in June 2017 and is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is well-versed in the latest eye care technology, diagnostics, and treatment, and is dedicated to providing the highest quality comprehensive vision care.

Patti, our manager, has been with Clifton Park Eye Care Associates since its opening in the spring of 2003. She enjoys interacting with patients on a daily basis and is a true asset to the practice. Patti handles management duties and also has a knack for picking out "the perfect frame" for our patients.

Heather, our optician, has been in the field since 1992 and keeps herself updated by attending courses and lectures. She joined Clifton Park Eye Care in 2011 and is always helpful, going above and beyond to fulfill the needs of our patients. In her time off, she loves to kayak, hike, read, and travel.

Services Offered

We participate with VSP, CDPHP, MVP, Aetna, Medicare, most Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, and MOST Eyemed plans. However, we do not participate with Fidelis, Medicaid, MVP Medicaid, CDPHP Medicaid, Davis Vision, United Health Care, or Superior Vision.

Our practice offers comprehensive eye exams, high-quality eyewear, and the latest in designer trends. We are committed to providing personalized eye care and ensuring that each patient receives the best possible service.
