Our Programs

• Kids BJJ (4 - 15): Our kids program is designed to teach children the fundamentals of BJJ in a fun and engaging way. They will also have the opportunity to improve their physical fitness, coordination, and flexibility.
• Adults BJJ (16+): Our adult program is designed to help individuals of all skill levels improve their BJJ technique and physical fitness. Our instructors are here to help you reach your full potential, and you will have the opportunity to train with a diverse group of students from all over the Denville area.
• Birthday Parties: Kids birthdays should be all about fun, activity, and excitement. Our martial arts-themed parties offer your child a cool way to celebrate another year of life with friends and family. Our instructors will lead the group in a series of games and exercises, and your child will have the opportunity to show off their BJJ skills.
