Situated on approximately 28 acres, the school's state-of-the-art training facility is centrally located and is within 30 minutes of downtown Cleveland, Elyria, Lorain, and Medina. The expansive facility houses spacious classrooms, offices, and student break/activity areas, providing a conducive learning environment for the students. With ample acreage and a designated shifting track, students are able to practice backing maneuvers and perfect their skills.

The Heavy Equipment and Crane Operations Training Area resembles a construction site where students learn safety, jobsite set-up, topography readings, grading techniques, trenching, laying pipe, loading dump trucks, footer set-up, picking and more! The school's heavy equipment training program includes training on bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, and excavators, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of heavy equipment operations.
