Our story began in 2002 when Dan Dauffenbach founded Northland Paving, driven by his passion for providing excellent services with a focus on details. Over the years, we have built a loyal family of workers who know each other and have a history of working together. In 2021, Kaye Klinefelter, a seasoned professional with six years of experience with the company, took over as the new owner, becoming the state's first woman-owned asphalt paving company. Under her leadership, we have continued to grow and thrive, delivering one of the biggest and best seasons in our company's history.
