At addONE Marketing, we are a team of experienced marketers who understand the ever-changing landscape of the marketing world. Founded in 1998, our company started as a resource to provide supplemental marketing support to businesses. We quickly grew, providing more and more marketing resources, and taking on larger roles such as project-managing entire brand activations, leading strategic promotional planning, launching new products, and even interfacing with key customers and marketing partners.

Our senior leadership team consists of seasoned marketers who know both staffing and marketing inside and out. With over 20 years of marketing and staffing experience, our CEO, Melissa Packman, has a deep understanding of marketing and how to best staff for it. Prior to founding addONE Marketing, Melissa worked for The Coca-Cola Company, starting as a coordinator in Consumer Affairs and working her way up to Operations Manager. She graduated from Furman University with a B.S. in Economics and Spanish.
