Carissa Kajenski is a highly skilled and compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice, having earned a postmasters degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell in 2014 and national board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Carissa's approach to care is patient-centered, ensuring that each patient receives a care plan tailored to their specific psychiatric concerns.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept several insurances, including Optum, Cigna, Tufts, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. For those without insurance or whose insurance is not accepted, we offer self-pay options. The cost for a full initial psychiatric evaluation is $300, and follow-up visits typically last 15-20 minutes and cost $125.
