Carol Fenske is not only the President of Premier Staffing, but she is also an active member of the community. She serves on the Fremont Area Chamber Board of Directors and has been on the John C. Fremont Days Board of Directors for 25 years. Carol's dedication to the community and her extensive experience in the staffing industry make her the perfect leader for our team.

Our Office Manager, Dawn Siems, has been involved in the staffing employment arena in Fremont for 15 years. She has been employed with Premier Staffing since its inception in September of 2011 and is an integral part of our team. Dawn is an active member of the Fremont community and spends her free time enjoying her family and watching Nebraska Football.

Amy Swanson joined Premier Staffing in February of 2016 as Account Manager. Prior to joining Premier, Amy was Human Resource Coordinator for 4 years with Amesbury Truth formerly known as Overland Products. She has a passion for working with people and helping them to succeed. Amy loves to spend time outdoors with family and friends and is a huge Husker fan.

Amy Butt manages the accounting and payroll department for Premier Staffing and has since its inception in September of 2011. She has a degree from Western Illinois University and has 20 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and human resources field. She has spent 15 of those years serving the employees of staffing agencies and values her days working as a temp during her college years.

Our Services

At Premier Staffing, we offer a variety of staffing options including temp-to-hire and temporary coverage for vacations, illness, and other vacancies of regular employees. We offer a variety of employment positions and opportunities including production, general labor, clerical, and professional placement with no fees to our employees. We are also a designated E-Verify agent and offer the E-Verify Service to our client companies and any other Fremont area business.

In addition to our staffing services, we can also assist client companies and Fremont area businesses with background checks and drug testing with minimal fees. We understand that every business is unique and that is why we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each client.
